Daily meditation and exercise have always been the two things that I have the most negative self-talk about--as in, “I can’t,” “I don’t really need to,” “I’ll do it later in the day,” etc... I’ve realized that I need all of ME available to support my goal of completing the manuscript of my memoir over the next six months, and that there’s no reason I can’t do that--and so--the game changer is daily meditation and exercise, before coffee and before computer work.
